Fortunately MySQL disabilities belong to the past. Nowadays we can impose tight data integrity and get rid of all the code belonging to the database engine, but formerly writen and executed from the webserver scripts. But do hosting firms offer all these professional MySQL features to their customers?

The table below shows a comparison of a few, operating in Poland, popular hosting firms' offers. Not every important information was mentioned on their webpages, so the listing is based mainly on a responses collected after mailing them.

The comparison is limited to the hosting offers around 2.5 Euro per month (Virtual Private Servers exluded). The first column's background color depicts promptness and completeness of the response. For the rest, it shows the attractiveness of the particular feature (the greener, the better).
